Cherry Almond "Cheesecake"

Ingredients

1 cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~10 oz)

8 cherries (fresh or frozen)

9 almonds (~⅓ oz)

1 ½ tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 ¼ oz)

optional: 2 tsp lemon juice

optional: 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

optional: 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

If using frozen cherries, allow them to defrost, then chop. If using fresh cherries, remove pit and chop.

In a bowl, add crushed almonds and cinnamon.

Mix yogurt with vanilla, lemon, and honey.

Top almond “crust” with yogurt mixture and cherries. Enjoy!
